Shipping your horse gifts
Unless you are purchasing a pre-order or personalised item, then we have all the items on our website in stock ready to send the next day. Pre-orders are noted as being preorders on the website and all personalised items are made in house, so we just ask a few extra days (5 working days at the most in peak times) to create your gift for you.
Our aim at Filly and Co Horse Gifts has been to make the postage as low cost as we can for you and we are pleased to offer $10 capped shipping per order Australia wide – so you can shop with confidence that the postage is going to be fair and reasonable.
Shipped within 24 hours
We post orders within 24 hours and often within 12 to ensure you get it as soon as possible. (excludes orders containing preorders and personalised items – please see product page for details)
All our items are shipped via the Australia Post parcel service. We take the up most care to package your items so that they arrive safely to your specified address. Each item is trackable, you will receive a tracking number as soon as you order is sent, we also set up your email address to receive Australia Post updates about your parcel.
If you purchase something from Filly and Co and it is faulty or damaged we will be more than happy to replace the item for you. If you change you mind on an item purchased, no problem, we will issue a refund for the item (sorry postage non refundable), we also ask that you cover the cost of returning the item. If you would like to exchange an item please return it and place a new order.

At certain times we are pleased to offer pre-orders – an opportunity to secure special items we have arriving in shortly. If you order other items which are currently in stock we will hold your order until the pre-order items arrive. If you would like the in-stock items to be sent separately no problem at all – just leave a comment on the checkout page and we can do this as a separate postal cost which we will charge separately. If you would like to pay a deposit, rather pay in full for preorders at the time of ordering. No problem at all just give us a call on 0488008880 to arrange.

If you would like your item shipped internationally then please contact us. – we would be happy to provide a postage quote for you.
We can not accept any responsibility for parcels that do not arrive safely, but we will do everything we can to try and successfully locate your item.
